Who may use this system

Access is limited to current Grand Prairie Fire Department personnel and authorised City staff who have been issued an account by a department administrator. Accounts are not available to the public. Attempting to access the system without authorisation is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Your account

• Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Report a suspected compromised account to your supervisor immediately.
• Actions taken in the system are attributed to your account and recorded in an audit log.

Acceptable use

Use the system only for legitimate department business. Do not enter false or misleading inspection, equipment or compliance data — these are safety records. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe the system for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or use it to store material unrelated to department operations.

Email from this system

Holding an account means you will receive transactional email about that account. These are not promotional messages and there is no mailing list to unsubscribe from. If you should not be receiving them, contact an administrator and your address will be removed from your record.

Availability

The system is provided for department use without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, and may be unavailable during maintenance. It is not a substitute for established emergency communication procedures and must not be relied on for emergency dispatch or notification.

Records

Data entered is a record of the Grand Prairie Fire Department and, as a Texas governmental body, may be subject to the Texas Public Information Act and to applicable records-retention schedules.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the system. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
